You all are in my thoughts and prayers almost continually throughout the day and even in the night. I know that I was somewhat conscious last night praying for you and you drove across the state - praying for safety and a supernatural (only given by God) rest.
We are heading out to Lk. Samish to join the family for the day.
Kirsten,I did purchase some iron on letters and numbers today at the JoAnn's Fabric. I hope that I got the right size. I will bring a small ironing board and my iron. I will pick up the EsterC at Costco this week. Let me know by Friday if I can pick up anything else. Love, Mom

I'd heard the legends of the great Sam Thompson, but only now do I know he really exists. Truly his achievements rival the brut physicality of John Henry, match the unabashed determination of Mahatma Gandi, and even exceed the original exploits of the messengers from Marathon. I consider myself privelaged to be a witness to this mammoth undertaking. May his spirits run high and further those who came before, may his feet be impenetrable to rocks, tacs and other foreign objects, and let any whispers of doubt that stream through the air be realized as simply the winds of Thompson's legend as he briskly whisps on by. Hey Sam! - Just wanted to let you know that the work crew from Hobbs, NM (June 5-9) is following your progress and praying for you.
